This policy explains how Logicon Security Services W.L.L. and its group companies ("Logicon", "we", "us"), Doha, State of Qatar, collect and use personal information when you visit our websites (including logicon.qa), contact us, buy from us, or respond to our advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other platforms.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, company, phone/WhatsApp number, email address and delivery address.
• Order and enquiry details: products requested, quotations, invoices, payments and warranty/service requests.
• Information from social media and ads: when you message us or submit a lead form through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, and aggregated advertising results (reach, clicks, conversions) from Meta Platforms.
• Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, and provide installation, warranty and after-sales support.
• To send information about our products and offers, where you have contacted us or agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising and websites.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in Qatar.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example delivery, payment, IT/hosting and advertising platforms such as Meta), with our group companies, or when required by law. These parties may only use it to provide their service to us.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and accounting requirements, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop marketing messages. To request deletion of your data, including data received through Facebook or Instagram, email info@logicon.qa with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number or email you used with us. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records by law.
